By booking our DJ services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.All pricing and payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice.Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Service Delivery

We will arrive on time and provide professional DJ services as agreed upon in your booking confirmation.We are not liable for delays or issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue restrictions, or technical issues due to venue-provided equipment).

3. Equipment & Setup

We provide and manage our own sound and lighting equipment unless otherwise discussed.Access to power outlets and sufficient setup time must be arranged by the client or venue.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details including time, location, and special requirements.Any requests for changes to the agreed service must be made in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to stop services if the safety of our team or equipment is compromised (e.g., due to aggressive behavior, unsafe venue conditions, etc.).In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

6. Media & Promotion

We may take photos or short videos during the event for promotional use (with client consent).If you do not wish to have any media shared, please notify us in writing before the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to our services.Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
